Terrible news. This will make KSE and Kroenke totally unaccountable.

Blimey! This £30M revamp of the training facility at London Colney is genuine state-of-the-art:

Bit like a lot of things at Arsenal a decade too late.

When Colney was built it too was state-of-the-art, but in the meantime we have created and paid for a brand new 60,000-seater stadium before bringing Colney back up to a similar level.

All done on our own dime as per Arsene Wenger's self-sufficient model which should be the envy of every club in the land, even those in The Championship.

Suddenly, Arsene is looking much older.

He is pictured here yesterday, before accepting the grandly named Knight Grand Commander of the Humane Order of African Redemption, Liberia's highest personal honour.

Remarkably, it was awarded to him by George Weah - now President Weah would you believe? - who was signed by Arsene at Monaco & went on to become FIFA POTY.

It's still so painful to watch.......

I can't believe any manager is telling his keeper to canny around with his distribution the way PC does.

It's watch through closed fingers every time.

Our talented front men can't keep pace with the woefulness of the defence.

A mate said yesterday we are five years behind Liverpool in our thinking and attitude. At the time I laughed.

I think until we have a phecking good clear out he may well be right.

the thing i find a bit strange is they bought Leno and Cech can't distribute inthe modern style that teams want to play, so Arsenal look vulnerable to a high press at times

in a similar situation Pep was absolutely ruthless with Hart, couldn't play the way he wanted and that was that

Emery has persisted with Cech, in decline.

With the departure of Sir Lord Wenger, the Media spotlight seems to have turned away from Arsenal, but quietly quietly this Emery fella seems to be making solid progress. They did not beat much last night, but they are stringing results together. This Aubeyamang fella seems to be the real deal, too, almost a goal a game.

If this continues, might just have to drop one of those "sad"s from the thread title.
