I think, if it is going to continue, a new Thread needs to be commenced. The Stake & Account Holder also needs to be agreed - I believe Matt volunteered to grim us all - then those who want to take a stake can send him their cash, the T & C's can be agreed, including how often settlement is made, who is in, for how much, etc, & off we go.

A tidy date to start the scheme might be March 1st, which leaves us a few days to get everything sorted, & the payments made.
