Will be amazing if Toast of New York gets this.

Coolmore should have been sending their future Breeders Cup horses to Wolverhampton obviously.

was hoping for amazing there myself too. Probably the least known top class horse in the country. Don't think the winner deserved to lose the race tho, just got beat by a really brave horse.

I am hoping that we see the next Gold Cup winner today up at Carlisle Cheesy, but I must confess I was very very taken by Road to Riches performance at Down Royal.

Ok, it was early season fare, but he ran them stupid at the end, and the further he goes the better he looks, with his jumping getting better than ever at the end.

He also lost a few lengths at many fences when jumping left. Not a problem at Cheltenham.

By close of play we shall have seen most of the protaganists and I have invested a bit ew on R2R at 25s. GL

Very interesting race at Carlisle Adz, might have to throw a Lady Godiva at one of them so that I can watch it.

Road to Riches was impressive yesterday but I did expect a few of those bigger guns to misfire. I had a small bet on Rocky Creek which ran respectably I thought, over a trip too short.

I'd need to see RtR again though as I can't help thinking about Roi Du Mee's similarly impressive-looking victory last year, the form of which amounted to naught in the end.

Not a bad weekend's racing all in all.

Yep. Good point Ralph.

I think last years race fell apart somewhat. I dont think Sizing stays 3m and Mount Ben fell. First L just seems to rarely put it all together. Yesterday had a lot more depth and R2R clearly on the upgrade following his Galway Plate rout.

I just thought at 25-1, still plenty of room to build a portfolio......around the Clouds!

A bloke's gotta dream!

Clouds is shorter odds to place than holywell on exchange, don't know why so putting golywell to place at 2.02 on with smaller bet on it to win

Cue Eduardo and clouds 1-2

Jumped very well, lovely prospect.

I wouldn't write Holywell off yet as that was clearly a sharpener without headgear.

No way. Reason I was so confident today was that Hollywell will be geared towards Spring and Cheltenham, same as last year.
