Lovely to see the Native come back aftertiming, but think Swiss Spirit will be the horse that gets the money rest of the season. Lost loads at start.

poor day

no excuses the koooookash thing received a wide all the way ride so i will be keeping it in mind despite finishing last today

Sunday 25th May

Hanky Panky 3.55 curragh (1000 guineas) 20-1 general 1pt win

Rare i have a bet in a classic but i like this filly.

Seemed to not improve but show a much better attitude last time in the hood and with slightly better ground. Having watched its first few starts she hated the heavy ground and was not going through it at all. Tommorow should be ideal on that score she has a nice us pedigree and it all screams good or even firm ground. The ground will be nearer firm tommorow. The booking of Ryan Moore is of some interest as is the fact ladbrokes have been constantly ducking her the last few days (14-1 there)

Nothing stands out in this to me and i am hoping some of the fillies with better form react badly to the firmer ground they have not faced.

A full review tommorow evening of the first week

additional bet for today

was not sure the ground would be soft in france today but it looks like it is and that is good news

les beaufs 3.10 longchamp 4-1 (3 firms) 2pts win

this horse is a different beast on soft ground should be able to grind these into submission.

On this ground is a 5/2 shot for me

3.35 Leicester. Reset City

Just been moved to Johnston. Ran 5 days ago and came second. Roger wouldn't let any of his horses run again that soon unless the Trainer had given him more than just a bit of encouragement to do so. Its a maiden after 16 goes, but has hit the woodwork often enough to think its genuine, but based on this I think a decent ew bet is the sensible option if you play.
