I have to say at the time, I thought you naming the Southampton thread 'Koeman is a saint' was a mistake. I smugly thought to myself that 'this fella might be out the door by Christmas' and he'll have to start a new thread called 'Arry is a Saint............again'.
But no. I think with what happened over the summer, most neutrals will be thrilled with your success.
Enjoy it sir!

i am enjoying it while it lasts which wont be much longer as we had a very easy start to season so far
we have only met 2 teams that finished above us last season and lost both those games

if we can repeat last seasons 8th spot it will be a great season

Unbelievable result today, I thought after Sunderland did us (stoke) 3-1 last time out they'd put up a bit more of a fight!!

Brilliant day. Sunderland were atrocious.

I don't doubt any more that this team is better than last years and that's remarkable given the Summer. Tadic is on a completely different level, love watching him.

Looking forward to the test of playing the big teams in the next couple of months.

Stoke at home, Hull away, Leicester at home. Will be a third of the way through the season at that point!

Tests against Arsenal, Man U, Everton and Chelsea after that. 2/1 the top 6 finish... who would have thought it.

after the leicester game we have 9 games run where we play man u twice arsenal twice chelsea, man city, and everton and away games at palace and burnley

so 7 out of the 9 games against teams that finished above us last season obviously IF/when we start dropping points people are going to start calling it a drop in form
espically if we get 2 or 3 defeats in a row

i would be very happy if we get 10 points over that 9 game stretch 8 or 9 points would be ok
anything more than 10 will be a good return although the media will be knocking the saints
will be good if we can get 7 points from next 3 games tough to put us in great position of making 8th or better at the end of season
