I have kinda come round to Labour's position on Brexit, it seems like a compromise, but not completely sure how it translates. Also not sure how they can turn their Brexit policy into a slogan that is clear. But essentially it might be too little too late.

As for their new policies, they are absolutely awful. Awful.

I've also just seen a Facebook post which sums up the Labour position, that they have all had enough of Jeremy. Every single comment is that they either move to LD or very reluctantly vote Labour iff it means keeping the Tories/Brexit Party out.

Terrifying to think where we could be at the end of November.

You still thinking a coalition of remain parties, I think you said Labour, LD etc will be in power after an election?

Yes. I think Labour will lose a dozen or so seats. SNP & LD surge will see a majority for remain.

I think it is safe to predict that whoever loses the Supreme Court case today will blame the court for being biased without any reference to the law and decision making process they use to determine the result.

Always amuses me when people want to slag off Diane Abbott. Typically always Brexit supporters too.

No leftie is ever going to slag her off because she is the bosses' mistress.   Done any more reading on TC over the weekend Arron?  Been some good articles around to educate you a little further.

Outcomes ranked

Non-justiciable - government win

Justiciable but lawful - government win (though court may say "careful now")

Justiciable and declaration of unlawfulness - government defeat

Above, with coercive order and/or finding of improper motive - bad government defeat

Unanimous judgement (a big surprise)

The case IS justiciable.

Scotland judgement wins, though extent is to follow

That was the highest hurdle.

They'll now look at whether the prorogation was lawful.
