some labour party stuff follows

there are two legal interpretations on whether corbyn can get on a new election ballot automatically (in which case they can't get rid of him, as the membership re-elects him) or if he needs to be nominated (in which case he might not get the nominations to get on the ballot)

the NEC has to decide which legal view to go with. if they go with the latter, corbyn can challenge in the high court, or the PLPcan challenge the former in the high court

Gotta love the fact everyone thinks there is no plan.

On Immigration, for example, I am 99.9% sure that it was never said the gates would come down. It was suggested we would adopt a more Australian approach with a points system.

Amazing how quickly we forget.
