British Steel seeks government loan for 'Brexit issues'

reports it is close to administration

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-48267688

and before you say "nothing to do with brexit",

Also nothing to do with Brexit:

Sony, Dyson, Flybmi, Jaguar, Nissan, Honda, Ford, Moneygram, Philips, P&O, Airbus, Barclays, Hitachi, JPMorgan, Citibank,

Wow, what?

She’s having a heated discussion with an MP. She isn’t throwing milkshakes, punches, eggs or anything else, she’s having a heated discussion. Do you prefer the assaults, Tighty?

don't think thats anything to do with British Steel

You know what I was referring to, I’ve quoted the wrong quote. Now done, all before you responded.

To qualify as a discussion you have to let the other person speak and you have to listen.

U bend

sorry u turn

after Leadsom's resignations and widespread cabinet revolt No10 confirms May’s WAB U-turn, saying “she is listening to colleagues”. But no resignation statement planned. Instead: “She will have further discussions with ministers later today”. ie, she still thinks she can stay.

She is just randomly ranting, as Tom said it doesn't qualify as a discussion.

Definitely decided who to vote for / May change Mind

1) Brexit Party 90% / 10%
2) Lib Dem 60% / 40%
3) Labour 53% / 44%
4) Green 54% / 46%
5) Con 42% / 52%

So Leave voters clear where they're going. Remain voters less so.

Most undecided region?  London 43% may change mind

Starting tonight, the Tories will explain that their own leader must take full blame for awful election results, while Labour explain that their own leader must take none.

Meanwhile the Lib Dems will do spectacularly well and explain that their leader is not the reason why.

Beautifully put.

I have, very consciously, opted not to vote in this election. I can’t vote for any of the parties that purport to be committed to our leaving the EU, but neither can I vote for parties that are chasing votes  on the single issue of our remaining.

Blame for my choice should rest with every member of any organised political party for their part in allowing their officers to play games over the past three years.

Got home 15 mins ago, thought I wouldn’t get home before 10pm. Walked down the road to where the elections usually take place without even deciding who I was gonna vote for.......school closed. Trudged home without even being arsed to bother checking where I should go to actually vote, was more interested in having a vodka and coke talktothehand

Which Vodka?

Gonna fire into some of the flavoured Cirocs this summer.

Less calories, as they're ideal with soda water.

Cheap co-op shit mate, think the expensive vodka is basically a waste of money unless its the flavoured type. Otherwise the taste is masked by the coke/lemonade or whatever....

Yeah, I only drink the flavoured ones when I'm away, and dilute them down with soda. Lovely and refreshing.

Be interesting to see how many scooter crashes I have over there. Not had an alcoholic drink since October Cheesy
