Mo Ramachandran has gone in 12th place. He was very short stacked.

Martin Green has gone in 11th. He moved in from UTG for a total of 56k. Stuart Nash, on the button thinks for a long time. Meanwhile Dave Buckland in the small blind is eyeing up both Stuart's chips and Martin's, as Martin sits there statuesque. With a sigh, Stuart passes. Dave asks how much it is then calls. Martin turns over Dave has The board is Martin exits rather sharply.

Red Dog raises 17k preflop. Peter Gourd, who has him covered makes it another 40k. Red Dog thinks and thinks. Peter says "I want you to call, I just don't want you to outdraw me"
Very Short stacked Ronnie, perhaps trying to induce a Red-Dog call says to Peter "You said that to me when you had A-Q".
Red passes.

OK, we have an interesting situation here. Two players have been eliminated on the same hand on separate tables while we were hand for hand. On table 5 Ronnie De Beaulox, whose AK was cracked by Paul Parker's 23. On table six Stuart Nash took out Nicolas Risdale with pocket tens versus K-7 of diamonds.

Does the AK win ?

Ronnie had 14k when he went in, Nicolas had 26k. There had been a £500 saver for 10th agreed anyway and 9th was worth £740. The two players have agreed to split the money equally, but the question remains as to who gets the 9th place ranking points.
A) Nicolas gets it as he had more chips going into the hand B) They get joint 9th position and split the ranking points.
Personally, I think its A, but I'd like to hear some opinions.

Normally I would agree that is should be Nicolas that gets the points, but as they agreed to split the total accumulated 10th and 9th money I think that they should also split the ranking points.
If the points are given to Nicolas, it's saying he finished 9th, and in that case should have taken the £740 for 9th place.
