My mate's an Everton season ticket holder, reckons John Stones is a star of the future, and also very dangerous at set pieces when he plays centre half (rather than full back). He's playing there tonight in what should be a tight game with Palace, think the market underates him as he's not scored many (don't think he's ever scored, but he's 19 and has played like 40 games total), my mate reckons he's gonna score a few a season once he settles in. Suggest a first goal banzai tenner at 50s (or better) on the machine

We've always got the£3 million Scoop 6 to fall back on on Saturday, in the unlikely event that all the draws don't come in....
Any interest in putting together a syndicate for this? Definite interest. still not sure what it is but it sounds like gambling, and we like that

Bobby1 is a trusted snooker voice, if he's not too bust perusing Asian 'Handicaps' sites ofc.
From my untrained eye, Ronnie looks ridic short as argueboy says, so many things can go wrong and would never wanna be backing 6/4.
Have had a lil dabble ew on Higgins while the debate starts, looks a good price for that half, tho I know little of his recent form

I don't like Jordan Speith much, not backing him again, hard to funk for someone so stroppy and angry. Woulda won me a few grand but Bubba's been all class and Speith like a spoilt little boy
Much as I love me old mucker Jaffa, I did have a laugh at this. Has Jaffa become the new Gentleman Ben at the poker tables in the last five years? Not sure my behaviour at a poker table has ever been bad, but if it was, I wouldn't be surprised to see that others are rooting for the other guy to win. I'd never watched Speith play before, and great shout Doobs and u for championing him, but cheering on Speith is hard work, like cheering on the Wimbledon of old while they're playing against Barcelona

I just went to have a lil dabble on Betting Emporium's rec today, and as persona non grata with those lovely peple at Badblokes, I used Coral. As I'd also used Coral for one of Neil's pre-tourney things, I seemed to have garnered a free £10 bet to use on the golf in running. Would never have known, worth checking Freddies, see if u have a free tenner dart to chuck

Is Fred on Jordy? Think it's fine to talk about it in between rounds. I've got him from ages ago on my spready, he could become an all-time Fred fave. Shame Woodland disappeared back to obscurity, n I have Walker at 200s, but Jordy, plus Bubba coming back to the pack, has set up a crackin Sunday. Thank god I got knocked out of Southend and sent home early!

I always find, and we've backed it on Fred before, that the market moves too far against the team that rests players, so unless u get straight in as the news breaks, I'd back Indiana once the move has taken place. U also have the added advantage that Milwaukee are fkin awful

Just caught up on 50 pages of Fred having been otherwise engaged (I play a bit of poker in my spare time, u gambling guys should try it, you'd enjoy it). What I've learnt in those 50 pages, from two of my favourite posters:
- Being fondled by Edward Scissorhands isn't much fun - Betting one of the other horses when the favourite is a bit of a 'woofer' is no bad thing

Welcome back Mr K, & congrats on another successful foray to the Colonies. In a Press Release about last weekend's GUKPT Edinburgh, Miss Trodd, she of the Amy, noted...... Teng wasn’t the only player at the final table in search of his second GUKPT trophy – Grosvenor Casinos’ sponsored professional Jeff Kimber was also back on familiar territory making his 9th Final Table in GUKPT history. Just a week after winning the PKR Mix Max Event in London, Kimber was a strong contender to take yet another title. Unfortunately for him the poker Gods didn’t have his back this time, when his QQ was cruelly outdrawn by Gray’s 99, sending him home in 4th place. Useless, bloody useless. Why would you not fold Queens pre-flop, like Chinese Frankie? Shocker. I'd been folding preflop for plenty of time. That hand was to take the chip lead 3 handed, and I quite fancied playing heads up after last week's battles, but such is life, those poker gods are fickle. I did get the lot using Betting Emporium's Aintree tips tho while absent from Fred. I'm gonna play the Brighton leg in 4 weeks, hopefully you'll be around, always fun down there. I saw Marky posted a Michael Carter-Williams piece. Expecting the rookie of the year to be announced at the end of the month and MC Dub is all but weighed in I reckon

Long-term Freddie Jaffa Cake has permission to take a few days away from Fred.
Jeff Kimber takes no fools as he takes down PKR Live
Jeff Kimber celebrated renewing his sponsorship deal with Grosvenor Casinos by taking down the Mixed Max Main Event at Aspers Casino in Stratford, London. This innovative event saw nearly 180 players pay the $500 buy-in to play over 3 very different days. Day 1 saw all entrants play a traditional full ring format but all players who made Day 2 then played a 6 Max format till only 16 players remained. At this stage play turned to a heads up format. Kimber proved the versatility of his poker prowess by remaining in the top five chip counts through-out the event until he defeated Hartlepool’s young gun, Dan O'Callaghan, in the last remaining heads up match to win the title and over £10,000 in cash. Kimber is no stranger to the varying forms of Poker and has had previous successes in all 3 of the formats, including a Walsall GUKPT Main Event Title (Full ring), a first place finish in 2008’s ECOOP (6 Max) and winning the World Head’s Up Championship in Barcelona in 2007. Moments after his victory he caught up with the team at Grosvenor Casinos; “I feel like I'm playing better than ever. I'm planning on adding a few more trophies to the mantel piece this year and working hard with Grosvenor Casinos to make sure we both have a lot more success.
It's five years to the day since I first joined Grosvenor Casinos and I'm thrilled to win another major title for the company, hopefully one of many more to come I have two days off then it's off to Edinburgh for the next leg of the GUKPT, and I can't wait to play again. The GUKPT are the best tournaments, and this leg is in one of the best, most beautiful cities in the world.”
Hiya Gramps, ty for the kind words, but no need for time off, I've been on Fred every day, not east reading on an iPhone but u have to keep up in case a pinch of gold dust is dropped by an elder. These mix max are sposed to test your all round poker skill, was blinding off waiting for the PLO round. Off to Edinburgh for the GUKPT tomoro, bang in form! One of our basketball bets, Brooklyn, are on BT Sport tonight. But gutted their big man Brook Lopez is out for the season, coz really think they can cause a shock in the playoffs with him, they're playing much better now. Should have a winner of the Rookie of the Year by the end of the month, some good news would be very welcome for an embattled Fred at the mo

PP have prices for the 3.15 Wolves tomorrrow, where Puzzle Time is a non-runner.
Good chance to join the merry band of Rule 4 abusers here for those that fancy it. They have Puzzle Time in at evens, which is 45p in the £.
Dubai Celebration at 15-8 with a 45p Rule 4 comes out at just better than evens, and I'd be surprised if he went off any bigger than 4-6.
Amost as good as an each-way bet on Atletico Madrid at 11-2, 1/4 the odds 1-2-3.
Great shout by the Chompmeister, weighed in, weighed in
