The varieties of Poker Face:

Intimidating  (Ian Woodley)
Enigmatic     (Nick Gibson)
Happy as can be  (Paul Parker)

Which one works for you?

Late Night Poker fave Jin Cailin has just been eliminated by his nextdoor neighbour (pictured below)

On a flop of , it went bet, raise, all-in, call.

Cailin, who made the initial flop bet had Pocket Sixes, but they were no match for his opponent's Cowboys which held up.

Good luck to the Mavfish he won't be worried about Lodden, also good luck to Mr Parker and Roland. I will be down to see what's going on in an hour or 2, not sure i can cope with a 3rd night on the sauce in a row!

Tony 'Ribena Berry' Chessa is struggling today.

He just uum-ed and aah-ed about moving it in from the big blind to a 4k pre-flop raise, but he thought better of it.

He needs to make a move soon as he's only got 17,700 with blinds at 800/1600

Table Move for Climber of the Morning (at least) JP:

He's pictured packing up his 93,000 and moving - so now instead of being opposite Johnny Lodden (with whom he says he was vying for the Table Tilter's chips) he's right next to him.  I have a weird feeling that one of them will end up with a very large stack indeed, at some point, courtesy of the other... I hope not though as they're both suitable Feature Tablists/Finalists, although if pushed I hope JP gets them because Snoopy picked Lodden in his Top Three.

It's always good to see a stonecold bluff shown, especially when it's to give someone a rub down.

And this is what happened when Marcus Golser bet 2k on a flop of

Mateyboy next door made it 5.6k and Golser folded, only to greeted by a rather lack-lustre

Here's a pic of Bernie 'Sandino' Stoddart, who is also playing for Blue Square. He's on Gus Hansen's table and is not scared to take him on. He's up to 65,000 now having returned with just over 30,000.

Peter Roche is a gonna as a result of a nasty set over set confrontation.

Just the one Irish hope left... Mr Andrew Black - not a bad one to have.

Johnny Lodden makes a good value bet with Pocket Eights on a Q-6-Q-2-7 board. He bet 7k on the Turn and 9k on the River. Both bets were called. He looks like a real threat now.

During the 10 minute break, chat with JP - in the last half hour he's managed to climb to 120k (or something) and then double up Chessa, dropping to 95,000 again:

He raised to 4,500 with on the cutoff, and found Tony re-raising from the small blind to 11,000 (leaving himself just 6,500 back).  Instead of alarm bells ringing, JP told himself it was just as likely to be A9 or something, and flat called, calling again when Chessa pushed on the 9 x x flop.  It had one club on it, after all... Anyway, he was shown , and saved the Purple One from extinction.

Then he got some back, after raising with AJ and receiving a swiftish caller whom he put on a middle pair.  Flop: 3 4 5 and he decided to call the 4,000 which was bet, was rewarded by a Jack on the turn and after checking that, he bet the 3 river to the tune of 5k and was called by Matey's Tens.
