I keep thinking Utd will play better soon but they just don't. If form continues, and there are few signs of change, we should nick it.
Saying that LVG never gets it wrong for so long. I expect Utd to find form at some stage. The H2H might be the difference.

Just beginning to see signs that the team are gelling together. If di Maria could start showing some small sign that he's worth £6MM that would be handy. If he plays like he's worth the fee we actually paid then we can start getting excited.
Not looking forward to our next two games with my usual belief.

Anything could happen really. So hard to call, and you look at the United players and expect them to start clicking sooner or later - but they are leaving it late though. If the Newcastle performance is the best of the season (according to Van Gaal), then there's still a distance to go. Those next two league fixtures for United aren't the be all and end all, but they'll go a distance to defining where you're going to finish in the league. Think there are plenty of twists and turns to go over the last 10 matches.

If we click I can see us hammering Utd.
Even though they beat us in the last game, that was a real turnaround in our performance and if we had a striker that day would probs have won.

United are dier at the minute, although we seem to have tightened up the defence a lot. Having a lot of the ball but not doing anything with it. I really hope Liverpool are not the team that rip us apart and show LVG that we are just running well at the minute!

I've stayed in a few hotels in the centre, the usual suspects and they're all decent enough - no idea about staying with a family though. Have you considered airbnb, and staying in a house or apartment? https://airbnb.co.uk/s/Liverpool--United-KingdomSome nice places down in the docks area.

He's been in a bit of a drought recently I think. But obviously got a lot of talent, and still surprised we didn't push the boat out in January to get him at Anfield early.

Sterling demonstrating why Liverpool don't think he's worth what he thinks he's worth.

Mingolet and Allen however, both very important tonight.
Interesting stat Carragher mentioned, cheekily comparing Henderson to Ian Rush. Henderson has scored 18 times for Liverpool. Liverpool haven't lost in any game where he's scored.

Just me, if miss on 4th, rather finish 7th than 5th?
