Well that was a long, long day, and it's not over yet. I got into Leicester at 2105 and I only had 11 Mina to wait for my connection to Hinckley. The train arrived with 3 Mina to spare. I got on and found a seat, then just before we pulled away, they announced that it was bound for Cambridge.
I got off and found that my train had pulled into the same platform. I tried to board but was told that the doors had now been locked. All this happened within the space of two minutes.
My train left without me. Next one in an hour's time....
