Plenty of videos of him doing it. I’m happy to accept it as genuine.
Rock balancing definitely is. It’s therapeutic and calming too.

Isn't it great when you discover that you haven't seen seen an all-time classic movie that you thought you had seen?
AGreed, what did you watch ?

Really loved that film, great cast (at the ages they were at the time anyway).

First ever puffin with a jet-pack (shamelessly nicked from the excellent @carlbovis onTwitter)

Another good film on tonight Tom. 11.35pm on Talking Pictures , Sky 328.
Poor Cow.
Great portrayal of how life was for many in the 60s and a reminder of how many things we take for granted these days.

What sort of person wants a stuffed puffin as a trophy?

For those of you already familiar with Desert Island Discs, and those as yet unenriched by its treasures, may I respectfully recommend:

I'm in Poland for a few days to attend a series of events to mark the Roma and Sinti Holocaust Memorial Day - 75th Anniversary.
Today I met the legendary Rev Jessie Jackson.
Mr Jackson's CV is very impressive, but his speciality is motivational speaking.
One of our group asked,
"How can we, a tiny minority, overcome a large majority?"
He replied "How can one candle banish a whole room full of darkness?"
"But how can we fight for our rights without suffering reprisals?"
"You don't have to be afraid when you have the moral high ground. A snake can't bite an eagle"
Cheesy stuff, but it brought the house down.
