One corner of my shirt is currently not tucked in.

Beat that for a mundane fact.

You know those toothy bulldog clip things that girls put in their hair? Well which do you reckon hurts most, clipping one on your ear or on your nose?

I've just tried both and I think it's nose, but perhaps that's because I can still see it when it's clipped to my nose.

BTW- Both positions hurt less if you scream during the process.

There are other protruding parts of a male anatomy that I'd imagine would hurt more if you clip it on.(No, i haven't tried it)

Hmmm...

That also sounds like the voice of experience.
As a rugby player and ex member of the armed forces, I have done many stoopid and painful things in my time(beer was often involved). But, I have never attached anything to my vitals that is likely to cause extreme discomfort.

Hi Mr Dog, you're in a very frivolous mood this evening.

The dogs are pretty good about rolling - they do do it occasionally but not that I've noticed following my 'pampering'. It does make them sneeze most times though. I'm a bit relieved you didn't tell me off to be honest. I've not asked Fib & Archie's girlfriends, Fudge & Tetley, if they like a splash of Issey Miyake. I'll get Dawn to ask them in the morning.

I've always believed Newtown Unthank was so called due to the boggy ground adjacent to the brook - working the land being thankless or unthank. I've not checked and can't remember where it came from so it might be complete nonsense. Despite it attracting Dawn's ire, I've always thought it's a great name. Not as good as Merry Lees granted, but not bad.

I'm not surprised it makes them sneeze, A dog’s sense of smell is about 10,000,000 times more sensitive than that of a human.

Humans interpret the world predominantly by sight, a dog does it by smell. Rubbing aftershave on to your dog is akin to someone squirting ink into your eyes.

Consider yourself told off.

Brilliant!

I bet Lady Thatcher could never do that.

I hate loving Boris, but I can't help myself. I've even vote for him.

You read any of his writings? Wonderful writer, though some of it is a bit heavy for me, I just read it in short sessions. Good Bog Book.

There are some beautifully interesting village names around the country.

On which topic do you know the link/distinction between the villages of Boothby Graffoe and Royston Vasey?

Is there a sign that says, "To  Boothby Graffoe and Royston Vasey" to which someone as added "The gift of a son"?

Sad

I don't actually put after shave on them, I put it on me then give them a rub with my near-dry hands. I'd guess it's approximately 1/10,000,000th of the amount I splash on Tongue

I tries to find the origin of the word 'frivolous'.

The best I can come up with is a bit of French lace, which is actually rather apt.
