There was a vigorous debate about fat-shaming on Twitter last week, in which folk were outraged, though to be fair, everyone becomes outraged about everything on Social-Media.
Numerous people were really upset about the whole thing.

"More and more children are being treated for climate change anxiety
, should we think about changing the way we discuss it in the media?"
Huh?
Their Mum sends a note to the School saying Axel won't be able to attend school today as he is worried about climate change?
You are kidding me, right?

"The Climate Psychology Alliance (CPA) told The Daily Telegraph some children complaining of eco-anxiety have even been given psychiatric drugs.
The body is campaigning for anxiety specifically caused by fear for the future of the planet to be recognised as a psychological phenomenon."
I have a hunch that Gatso is needed.

Surely it won't be long before we see a one minute mile.

It took 46yrs to get 16 seconds faster than Roger Bannister. It will take a while to get the other 2mins 43 seconds off.
BBC Breakfast went a little OTT on the swim today, probably because Louise Minchin is an endurance athlete herself. Massive achievement and all that, but it reduces the time available for any meaningful political discussion or news of genuine significance. Stick with the news and leave these things to their true home. The One Show.

If my maths are correct, (Unlikely) that means in a 1 mile race against Rodger he would have finished about 110 yards ahead.
Incredible.

Just realised that the Mum goes by the name of Hobbit.
It's all starting to make sense now.

Saw this photograph on Twitter & thought you'd enjoy it.
The sort of photo you just see more the longer you look at it.
It was headed;

I'm guessing the fella front left is burning the outer casing off copper cabling or similar?

He's smelting lead Tone, that little square is to prevent it from running away. You can see the dross on the ground nearby.
Notice also the billhook in the boys hand, and the galvanised bath for the horse to drink from.
Great pic.

Weird, I noticed the galvanised bath, which I assumed was water or feed for the horse., but never noticed the knifey thing the boy is holding. What would that be used for? Chopping wood?
