Think Tighty first mentioned it. Moneyball was fantastic, abso loved it. Can't believe that way of thinking came in so late. When i read the synopsis i just assumed it would be set in the 60s or 70s.

The Help - fantastic film! Shows the world through the eyes of a black maid in America in the 60s and one woman's struggle to get their views heard.

yeah, enjoyed moneyball. anyone who likes US sports should give it a watch

Twilight saga, breaking dawn - Part 1.

Too much lovey dovey, wishy washy emotional bollocks. Not enough werewolves fighting vampires.

Absolute crock of shite. Avoid at all costs.

agreed..forced to watch twice once with GF then with daughters...they all loved it... target audience hit

The Artist - not as 'OMG - best film evah' as some would lead you to believe, but it is very well done and is one of those rare films that gets better as it goes along.

Margin Call - a fictional account of some of the real life mess that happened at places like Lehman Bros before the credit crunch. Lots of great acting, Demi Moore looking pretty sensational for nearly 50 and great pacing - even someone with no knowledge of financial markets could easily follow what was happening, as the film is really more of a character study than being plot-heavy. Also added knowledge that when Tighty watches it he'll prob sit there huffing 'it's not like that' at any inaccuracies.

Watched a film called Terri where John C Reiley plays a headteacher and has a few troubled pupils, including Terri a fat kid who cares for his uncle and wears pyjamas to school. Pretty com and quite moving. 6.5/10 also watched the new version of The Thing. 5/10 give the original 7.5.

If anyone hasn't seen 50/50 its a must watch imo. 'We need to talk about Kevin' again with John C Reiley is also very good. Don't read about it, go in blind as they say, stick with it and i think you will be pleasantly surprised. Slow burner, but for a reason.

I did this, I thought it was going to be a comedy because John C Reilly was in it, It didn't pan out that way!

I enjoyed it, It was very intense, I wont say too much in fear of spoling it for others.

Took my youngest daughter to see the new Muppet's movie...all pretty standard and brought back some fond memories as a kid..in fact if memory recalls they still use the same gags           ( Muppet's slamming into window and slowly sliding down never gets old )

Young kids will love it..standard and i managed not to fall asleep... some good little song and dance routines in it including one that made me lol ...entitled.. Am i a man or a  Muppet ...

If you have young kids its a good afternoon filler

6/10

watched Killer Elite.. Good action fare based loosely on true events ( very loosely ) about a plot to assassinate several SAS soldiers in the late 70's..all well  done and reasonably believable even with Jason Statham leading the mayhem

7.5/10

I've just come back from Muppets as well. I'd say if you're 35-45 you'll love it. Classic muppet moments. Kids (8+9) were wtf in a few places where we were just creasing up.

I'd give it an 8, but maybe I'm a sentimentalist Smiley. And definitely fairly age dependent.

Don't panic mate. It's a 2 part thing isn't it so I think it was just a set up for an amazing part 2.
