OK, did you know Britain's Rebbecca Adlington surprised everyone when she won the 400m freestyle and surprised again when she took the 800m free race.

ok, so close to being correct. the only mistake being that she didn't really surprise anyone

Search on Frankie Boyle Mock the week on youtube. You get the outtakes & the too sick for the show gags. Including th eDiana party, Richard Hammond & Letters unlikely to be read out on Points of View Gags.
