Do they publish their reasoning? Thought it was a stonewall red

Same.  Was it a foul?  Yes.  It was inside the box hence the pen and it stopped a clear goal scoring chance.  Therefore a red card.  Confused?

On what grounds was it over turned?  I assume the FA decided it wasn't a foul otherwise the over turn makes no sense.

I heard somewhere from next season if a player is given a red for a professional foul, he won't get a ban.

Going to be some interesting tackles outside the box in the last 5/10 minutes of games next season then.

I think most players would sacrifice themselves for a one game ban to preserve a one goal lead or to hold a draw as it is.

Just reading about Alan Smith's 4 month collapsed marriage in the gutter press and wiki'd him and it said he played 94 times for Newcastle during his 5 year contract and never scored in all competitions (nearly half those games were in the Championship season as well!)?  Is that right?  Incredible if true for a 20 cap England international midfielder to have a streak like that.  I knew he was a flop at Newcastle but never had any idea he was that bad.

Well 3 points is 3 points I suppose.

Woeful performance. Though I suppose we've lost a few we deserved to win so nice for it to be the other way around.

I said to my mates when i watched the Bouremouth match that this was probably the first bit of luck since when Pappis Cisse just had to look at a football and it would bend right angles into the top bin.
