Jason Wong's table move just paid off handsomely... shifted over, pretty much the first hand he plays sees him double to a cool 50k.

Ibrahim Ullah (who was originally reticent to come all the way up here from London having won a seat online but isn't so sad about it now he's heading deep) raised preflop early position to 2,400.  Over to Dave Penly, who repopped him, but it was Jason's 24,200 all in shove over them both which gave the other two something to think about.  After some unhappy dwelling, Ullah folded, but Penly really thought about it.  His raise had been to 8,200, and he spent the next few minutes doing a combination of mental arithmetic, counting his own stack out (50k) and staring at Wong.  Eventually something snapped and he just came to a decision - call.

Penly:
Wong:

The board came out Two Clubs and the only person who actually looked unhappy at the end of it was Ibrahim Ullah who apparently had folded AK too.

Dave Penly has taken a big chunk of Ibrahim Ullah's stack, betting 7k into what seemed a 25k pot on the river of a Two Clubs board, Ullah never looked like folding but quickly mucked when Penly showed .

Pete Singleton has doubled up with Kings against Adrian Swingler, whatever the latter's hand was, it wasn't good enough on the 7-J-9-4-7 board.

11th hour double through for M3boy...

Raising preflop and getting interest only from big blind Daniel Ward, Paul Garnham got a pretty good flop for his ... .  Ward wasn't to know this however, and he bet out 9,500 - when Garnham put the rest of his stack in, the 4,600 more wasn't enough to make him fold (not that he wanted him to) and he got a call with .  The turn and river bricked and so Garnham now has about 28,000.

Keith Littlewood has gone from one of the bigger stacks to out.

He called 3k on a Two Clubs two spades flop before raising all-in on the turn against Alan Stearn. Stearn snap calls with Kings and Littlewood's is in deep trouble. on the river and Stearn must rival Rick Trigg for chip leader...

Rudders' Range Widens On the Button

Richard Rudling-Smith may have a short stack (20k) but he's not afraid to use it...on the button... he makes it 3,200 and gets a serious looking dwell from the small blind.  He eventually passes and Richard shows the mighty , saying:  "You see?!  My range does widen a bit on the button!"
