That first quarter-final is a proper heat of death, almost final quality.

I'd hate to see any of the top three go out as they're all first-class hounds.

One more sleep..

ouch! will be funking agaisnt the fav! I have the 6 and the 4 dog in the outright!

Well from a betting point of view I'm with you on the six, FieryS. I have him and RoxholmeT in the outright.

Was merely speaking with my sporting hat on.

Will be watching post exam with desperado in hand cheering my boys on!

I like Fiery Splendour for that heat. Aero Nemesis surely won't like trap 3 - watch his first round race, he steps right from trap 6! But he's so fast up that there's a chance he can still get loose but I'd rather stick with something with its draw.

Added Droopys Ward EW in the outrights at 66s. Choo choo.

5/2 for Splendour to me seems massive, however i love vanrooney so ive gone against my head and had a coupkle of quid at 7/2

3/1 Splendour at WH. Vanrooney is my sole pre-comp survivor.

Just been down to my local billy's and had a decent bet on FS @3/1.

Seems very generous to me.

I took the 3/1 splendour myself, got a feeling it will be big drifter tonight.

Think these heats in the main are more open than the betting suggests so prolly gonna back dogs like

Thatchers Champ
Laughil George
Droopys ward

On Betfair when they get busy later.

Nap Lay is Mind the Net - couldnt have it at the price.

Oh and Arbboy - i'm not there tonight but will be down again for final night

Good luck

^^^

The vibes are deffo for a drift especially with billy's stance, now going 7/2.

Hope it's still got four working legs.

The way I see it, if FS leads it wins.

I expect a serious back-straight buckle with 3 if they both get around the first bend, and 4 would need some trouble to win.

I've been wrong before tho'.

I backed it early this mornin hopin to lay it shorter later..SHIT.

Strangely Hills were standout 6/4 Vanrooney in the last round and he drifted badly on the night and ran flat...mmmm

We'll see

Got stung by Vanrooney and WH last round but this 7/2 Fiery Splendour is a must bet! I've went back in.

Fantastic finish, I bet there were more than a few oi-oi's choked on.
