Yes definitely great value about - alot of variation in prices too which is great to see for a change!

I've only had a couple of bets really, tomorrow is more about the drinking and Eden the Kid!

Trebles & Acca :

6.56 Ballybree Brewery 7/2
7.59 Forest Twilight 15/8
8.16 King Kane 5/1
8.51 Old Joe Golden 10/3

And a trixie :

7.26 Swift Keith 4/1
7.59 Forest Twilight 9/4
8.16 King Kane 7/1

I really like King Kane at the 7/1 available. It's a tough race no doubt but I think he gets round the bend in front and they don't catch him, 7/1 very big imo.

3/4 winners (Kane was withdrawn)... Won a few quid and had a great night.

Remember having my biggest bet of Derby final night 2014 on Rio Quattro in the puppy race and he shit round, was nice to see him win again although i'd have loved Eden more. Smiley

Do u think it's an omen for Teds Last? How he won from there I'll never know, think he even had to check up twice in the race.

Well done on the winners.

Cheers mate.

Ha not sure about omen - but so impressive for sure.

The race was over when 2 went in front down the back straight.  Pictures made no difference.  Would have happily have backed the t2 at 1.01 for lumps when the pictures went.  I was already oioioioil'ing around the living room as soon as it went in front.  Had 5 lengths on t6 on best form over C&D.

it was just you lose pictures then feel you have the right to advertise ppl when youve just spoiled the race. He said it like it was the right thing to do aswell.

Jason was very serious for him there in the studio when they went for that break.  He is usually the studio joker.  He showed the reg punters respect there with no gags before going for a break.

Halfway through the biggest race on the RPGTV it cut out (altho as arrboy says the result was pretty much obvious- for the winner anyway). They babbled around while they tried to get it back on/replay, then presenter says we will go to a break, like this was the solution to the problem. They couldnt show the race again, and instead of a proper replay we just got to watch the race rerun on an old tele with someone filming the tv replay (so old it was probably on a VCR)

nothing major.  Pictures just cut out during the feature race of the night at 2nd last bend.  The jolly had powered to the front and the race was all over effectively when the pcitures went off.  Cut back to studio and jason just said 'we better go for a break'.  They always go for an ad break after every race so no issue really.

Just seen that race was worth £1000 for a minor open at Crayford.  Fuck me didn't realise the race was worth that much.  Saturday night minor opens at cray on rpgtv usually worth £200.

The old tv was comical and looked like a betting shop tv from 1985!  It did come across as very budget but the whole channel is budget day in day out.  All adds to the fun.  Nothing budget about the volumes done race by race on the machine though!  That's all that really counts (for me anyway).

Never get ITV doing that in a major football event.

The aforementioned Forest Twilight, owned by Dubai, looks to be a cracker. 12 spots off the Towcester clock.
