Saw a couple of the races tonight.. some great looking runs..
Was a tad disappointed with Farren not qualifying, but he looked like he got checked twice but the kids still a star....at least it will save me £180 a head on finals night Looool
Shame not to see him go further, got to be one of the most frustrating sports to be involved in. Must be a great dog to own.
He is a beauty for sure.. not sure if any of you are familiar we also had California that showed well in the last Derby at Wimbledon and had great potential..made an open race final etc.. unfortunately he was involved in a terrible 1st bend dust up at the night of stars and suffered a horrific injury and had to be put to sleep at trackside.. I can't lie I was devestated.. He was Daniels, Mark Wallis son, fave dog in the kennel and he was in absolute tears... almost made me give up on dog racing

Farren is entered in the Derby plate event. Looks a very high class 18 runner event with heats on Saturday and final before the derby final on Saturday week. Don't think i would cancel the £180 a head box just yet. You might need it next week. Good luck in the plate.

On the machine, to reach the derby final market someone is laying 3.0 for nearly £2k, next biggest amount is £20, lol. So is Rising Brandy a better than 2/1 shot to make the top 3 on Saturday? seems a great bit of value to me. What do you think is going on there Arb? Someone Greening up the place part wouldn't make sense would it?

I hope that's not an injury - if not it's a misclick - I'm tempted to chaaarrrrge in like a bull!
If it were not for the fact that I already have 16.5/1.

Interesting to see the Sporting Dave is in T2 in Derby plate heat 1 after being a middle seed throughout the Derby. A case of playing the seedings system possibly.

Now £70 @ 3.1 and £1830 @ 3.0. Surely the dog cant be injured? There is even £190 @ 2.1. Every other dog is £2 or £3 apart from Verve £20, Bruisers £20 and Bombers £10 and they are < 2.0

It's certainly worrying as whoever it is could lay evens for plenty were he/she not in a hurry.
Let's hope it's a misclick which gets punished

Corals have Verve at 5/4 to win Saturday and Bruisers 9/4 with Wildcat evens in that heat, thought the draw would have had Wildcat and Bruisers closer in price and expected Verve to be odds on. Interesting.

So far both Brandy and Verve have won when they have been quick away and always led apart from once each when they were behind and ran on to get 2nd - Brandy behind Bullet and Verve behind Wildcat.
