AND just played croquet vs my bro, and I was smashing him, right up to the last hoop, he was 3 hoops behind, and then he posted me (this annoying family rule where if you hit the opponents ball into the post in the middle, they have to go back to the start, or go back a couple of hoops) so it completely fucked me. so ended up losing when i dominated the whole game which was annoying.
Yeah I hate it when that happens.

Bank Tilt is the absolute worst.
I lost my bank card 6 weeks ago and as a result I now don't have a single bank account. Cheers natwest.
I'm just glad no-one hit my croquet ball into the middle post cos that would have been really fucking annoying.

Dave and alex you are legends. How do you cope with everyday life so bad. You two would be able to cope with everyday life a damm site better and were more street wise if you had gone to a normal comprehensive school. Instead the pair of you must have gone to Hogwarts.

Just had a pretty mental session. moved up to 5tables instead of 3-4. So managed 830 hands in about 50minutes or play. My hand got pretty sore from it. Was pretty tilting as well, lost about 200, and lost 140euros on kickoffpoker (new site i started on today). so a losing day
with 5 tables going i cant even remember many details from some of the hands, I remember winning AA vs QQ allin pre and then the guy bluffed off another buyin the next hand when I had AA again. So thats 100+ so i somehow lost like 6buyins elsewhere... I just remember losing a gazillion medium sized pots getting really tilted from CONSTANTLY getting walks with Aces and Queens. It was driving me mental. Got into a really deep game with this one guy and he made me lay down KK on a Q648 rainbow board, where I'd 3bet pre, bet flop, bet turn then he raised me I was like FML. I also seemed to get like 20spaded connectors on the same table and peel 3bets and miss every flop. Also people kept flatting 4bets 100bb deep which really tilted me, especially when I had KK and it came ace high or AK and it came 789 or something or Q52 and they just shove. really pisses me off stuff like that. did three big bluffs in the session and two ran into fullhouses, the other one worked. dont think i gameselected well at all tbh, the regs I was playing were all good, really tricky and aggressive.
dunno why im going on about this session in particular, just fancied a rant. cashed out 1k from stars so maybe its the cashout curse. ow my mouse finger really hurts

Glad to see you have started the online grind Alex, ul on your last session, you will have day's like that unfortuantly... If 5 tables is making you lose concentration, why not keep them at a number where u are comfortable, just for the time being I mean, lots of people say that you have to play loads of tables to make money and stuff, personally I think it's a bit off the mark, at the end of the day if your playing well and winning money playing 2/3 tables, then surely that's the priority here, rake and stuff will follow when u are used to it, and play higher etc.
For now I would stick to what you feel most comfortable with, and above all else, what you are making more money out of.
Wish you the best of luck with it all, and hope you win it all x
P.S - "jason rabbitityre herbert" - I am a lady and do not call ppl the C words tyvm.
P.p.s - Greekstein - I am very fiery and have gone off on one b4, lololol
P.p.s - I don;t mean any harm by it, men just frustrate me..... a lot :S

wauuuuuuw Alex. I really think you need to think about a couple of things.
Playing 5 tables is ridiculous, it will be very, very hard to be profitable, no matter what stakes you are playing.
HU is ALL abotu game flow, readjusting and in you just autopilot you will get crushed. Even if you're playing a fish you will struggle as they will be playing one table and really concentrating. If you were playing the same guy on 5 tables then that would be acceptable, but this is really going to damage your win rate.
It really doesn't matter how many hands you play, you often say I played X amount of hands in a day etc, I'd just concentrate on playing fish on 1-2 tables and if they want to play more then cool.
I know 10000000% that I would be a huge losing player if I played 4 different opponents on 4 different tables its just incredibly hard to do mate.
You are also learning and you can learn if you are just clicking buttons and getting X range in and folding Y range. Play less, win more, learn more, you will move up alotttttt faster if you do it this way mate.
The days where I have had 15+ bi days are not when I've necessarily played a tonne of hands, I've found a fish who is willing to rebuy, found his weakness and just relentesly (sp wtf) attacked it and sent him over the edge.
Sorry if this is a rant, got your best interests at heart.

yarr good post. i feel I can still keep track of gameflow with 4tables even vs 4 different opponents. But of course winrate is suffered, but when I played HUsngs my hourly increased the more tables I played and my winrate decreased. Hourly ofc>>>>winrate so I don't mind winning at a lower rate to gain a btter hourly. As well as all the rakeback and bonuses and stuff you get from playing a ton of hands. The problem yesterday was awful table selection. I think my ego was the problem there. Once I went a a buyin or two down to the regs I was playing, I felt (stupidly of course) that if I quit then I was admitting failure, and I didnt want to do that.
I think 3/4 tables might be the nuts though, from a learning perspective as well. I don't think its that hard to do, I've been doing a pretty good job of it so far.
Cheers for the post though

I also think having a 2bi stop loss vs regs is good. Generally if you win a bi back you will have momentum and they will quit you, so it never ends well.
Knowing when to quit/table selection/dealing with HNR's is so so essential for HU and can be the difference between a 10bb/100 winner and a 5bb/100 loser.
