Buy £10 worth of lottery tickets

Next day get an email excitedly telling me to log into my account for great news

Frantically fumbling with phone, log in and get message "You've won £2"

Errrr a) no I haven't and b) that isn't great news

Used to be far worse than that, they have toned it down a bit since the early days.....

People who complain and exaggerate like hell. Using rhetoric like "absolutely disgusting" to describe some minor occurrence.

Or people who simply cannot sustain their complaint with any tangible evidence so resort to "are you calling me a liar"

Standard snowflake behaviour on top of being a general whiner about society and life....

I’m not sure about this. My understanding was snowflake = overly sensitive, easily offended, likes political correctness. Gammon = whines like fUck until they’re red/pink in the face. Maybe you got mixed up?

The works council in Germany. They hold too much power and people hide behind them when it suits.

Example #1
Employ a company for a days testing, engineer arrives on site at 8:30am at 12 noon he announces he needs to leave work. Because including his travel time he has done more than his 8 hours and he cannot be forced to work overtime. Lol

Example #2
For the second time stuck in Berlin Tegel airport because the baggage handlers refuse to work in the rain. Last time this happened 3 hour delay FML

I was going down the A1 the other day and saw a car waiting to come out of a minor side road.   Doing the right thing I pulled into the 2nd lane to let him out.   So he potters out and I felt good for all of two seconds until he moved out of the empty lane 1 and into lane 2.    It was a straight bit of road so I could see the queue forming behind him for a good while.

I felt so guilty for letting him out, having betrayed every one of my fellow motorists by imposing this fella on them.
