So we lost £370 last night. Basically the three hands I posted and a hand I butchered a little later on. Felt fairly standard.

I think I might head back to the heap that is Gala, tomorrow. I had to take some time away from there, as easy as the games were, it was starting to get terribly tilty going there and losing. I give it a week or so before Team Eureka (or whatever they're calling themselves now) come to rain on my parade, but in the meantime hopefully I can scrape together a couple of decent sessions and make the first month of the year a winning month.

Also, note to self, start grinding the sundays again ffs. Spent today brushing up on my design work and rearranging my portfolio so I don't feel like it was entirely wasted, but it just doesn't feel quite like a weekend unless I've dropped $500 and am single tabling the bowlest MTT I regged all day until 2am requiring a 4th place finish to breakeven. Cheesy

So here's what I accomplished today instead:

The New Face: Representing the new face of Absolute Zero (which, by the way is simply "the absolute best of zero five" as well as a measurement of temperature, not temperament. As cool as it sounds. Wink)

An edited portrait of my beautiful girlfriend

I'm quite happy with those, but do let me know what you think Blonde.

Herbie goes through the entire portfolio like a HERO. Smiley

Monday is legs day at the gym according to my schedule, so I'm trying to stay in bed as long as possible. Going to have to eat a lot of calories, so I don't spend all week walking like a penguin with a touch of constipation. Looking forward to a brutal abdominal conditioning class in the evening, then it's off to Loughborough for the best sushi in alllllll the land. I might have lost plenty of ££'s this week, but I'll be making that up with plenty of lb's!

Quick poll, though. Should I play February's deepstack? When I was in a bit of a rut towards the end of last year I had a sick MTT schedule to look forward to in November, but half way through the £500 I felt like ending my life and consequently I wrote off the UKIPT and GPSeries. As a result, I decided that 2013 would see the end of live MTT shot taking, and I would instead bulk out the cash hours and grind a lot more low-stakes MTTs online. The idea was to really stay within my bankroll and actually get my head down and grind it out. I put the idea to Alex and he told me I was an idiot, just sell some and win. He seems pretty smart sometimes, but just wondering what other people's opinions are.

If your going to play 1 tournament in February, make it GPS Star City imo. Absolutely love those tournaments, structure/clock/stack/runners/ppool is all perfect imo, big big fan of what they are doing.

But that was my point really. If I can manage to win seats into these, then surely the Belton can?

Hey mate. Course I looked through. Yourself and Sulphurman are two of the nicest male dealers who I have ever come across and love to see you doing well. The flip side is when things are not going so well and a bit of the humour deserts you posts we also feel your pain.  I had a run of cards in the first level on Saturday like the time I flopped all those sets, and was telling Thewy you were on the table that day Smiley

Anyway for my money you should play the deepstack at Dtd. To a man of your ability its like burning money by not playing as you have more than enough ability and as a local it must be your turn to win one of these things. Good luck
