Swap you for a bag of kettle chips

Make it 2 bags. Will see if i can get it working tonight. If not might have to do a trade off at dtd sometime?
no worries it ain't been used for couple of years just switched it on and its fine your welcome to it mate.

Day 1 in Paris was bad, I ate loads
Day 2 I mostly ate ok, but drank like a fish
Today is the hangover from hell, not eaten anything and threw up loads on the Eurostar

So all in all, could have been much worse
sounds like a great time !

Just an aside Milligan as you said you're struggling with time for exercise, I know the feeling.

But could you not buy a couple of kettlbells to swing around while watching TV at night?

Cheap and easy, works for me  Smiley

Kettlebells Chips are the nuts.

Quit raggin' on fatties. We already have enough on our plates.

2000 cals 2day, weights. if you want some good excuses lined up here's an article about how it's soooo hard to keep the weight off.

its a no contest Paul obv milligan gonna win on a 500 cal a day diet.

Im happy with a steady 2lb a week loss and getting in shape at gym.

Don't dislike milligan but as were the 2 heaviest then obv gonna be a friendly rivalry there.

Its all good.

Diet 25/01/12

400g Steak Mince in Chilli
Protein Shake
Pitta Bread
Lamb Cubes
1/2 Pro 50
Oat Biscuits (oops)

Protein:219g
Carbs:  180g
Fats:       82g

Cals:     2261

All going fine today until late on tonight when I got peckish and saw some oaty biscuits on the sides which got done in. Only 480 cals but not really something I want to be doing too often, I'll punish myself with no curry when I go for a meal with some friends later on and go dry instead.

This is why i keep stiring people up to get them firing.

Ive been to gym today.

Did 15 minute warm up on xtrainer burning 300 cals or so followed by a 30 minute session with my trainer.

Finished off with 30 minutes on treadmill but got to about 28 minutes and gave my calfs a rest. Did 2.8km burning 300 cals or so.
