Guys, part 1 of the bet (ie. get to X weight by end of March) - can I do my weigh in potentially the day before, the Friday, and have that count?

The reason being is I will most likely on my stag do on March 31 and I don't think weighing myself is gonna be on the agenda (but kebabs may well be).

Also, how many fatties are Nottingham regs? I am probably gonna have my stag weekend in Notts now (Lived there as a student) and might be having a game of two at DTD either side of the night out, if any fatties want a celebratory drink on the end of bet one? Not confirmed yet but likely.

Had a few biscuits and sausage rolls. Off at 7 to pick some of my fam up then I can finally get on the wife beater. This wknd is gonna be a write off. Had a cursory weigh in this morning and I was 23st 2 for a 1.6 loss, Sunday I reckon I am looking at 23st 9. Smash that Chinese Lee you shaky chocolate loving son of a gun.
just ordered .......duck chow mien and rice with some chips!

Could u of dropped the chips?

Get the chinky on the go Lee and don't worry about it, drop the chips pffffffffffffft!!

The whole idea of a cheat meal is to cheat not nit pick and skip things. Eat what you want and then carry on as you would on the diet afterwards. If you start getting too anal about the diet you're going to end up coming right off the rails for more than a chinese imo.

You're losing weight and going along nicely Lee as is everyone, if the family is having a chinese once a week have one and enjoy it!
