Cheers.

1st 10 Days. Terrible Then you start to accept change.

Not gone hungry but cut out ALL the processed stuff. Bread is food of the devil! and a no no
stopped drinking Tropicana Juice and eat whole fruit only. NO sugar at all no sweets, chocs anything.

The most processed food I'll eat is Tinned tomato's , Encona chili sauce and English Mustard that's it.

Rice has been a good friend and  seafood I use this a lot maybe 2 meals a week very tasty but does have E102 for colour. Carmencita Paella Spice Mix
1 pot cooking with an onion, some peas , chicken , fish ,

And drinking lots of water.

Then there is reading this thread which has been a help,

Regards

Great work Dyl, you must be chuffed to bits.

You are "well-built", what would your ideal weight be, 16 & a half stone maybe?

Hope you are soon feeling better.

Thanks mate, yes I very pleased but a long way to go.

A friend of mine went from 23 stone to 14 stone in just over a year through eating better and exercising a lot, he is of a similar build to me and he looked unhealthy at 14 stone but he is now just over 15 stone and looks a lot better therefore my aim is to be around 15 and a half stone I think but if I were around 16 stone then I think that would be okay, I would just need to tone up and get rid of my man boobs etc Smiley

Feeling much better today thanks, was just a 24 hour bug

Managed to get my scales from the plethora of boxes in the spare room and I weighed in at 231lbs. If the ones we have for 'display' as my mum put it are correct I've lost around 4lbs, not too bad considering I've been rather inconsistent with monitoring my food intake.

I'm not going to be so anal about monitoring every gram at present, I can look more closely once I'm back training properly. I am just going to focus on keeping myself 1k calories under maintenance for now and then see how things go for the next few weeks.

3 months until Vegas, so time to knuckle down and start dropping a few before I have to buy new clothes for Vegas!!
