WEEK ONE loss =  7.5lbs.

Week TWO Loss = 3lbs.

Week THREE Loss = 2.5lbs

Week FOUR loss = 2lbs

Week FIVE loss = 2lbs

Week 6 Loss = 1.5lbs

TOTAL loss so far, after 45 days, = 19.5bs.


March 16th - 12st 10lbs - (unchanged)

March 17th - 12st 9.5lbs

March 18th - 12st 9lbs

 
Week 7 Target 1.5lbs.

Month Two Target - 7lbs loss loss. 3.5lbs achieved after first 2 weeks. 

Average loss per week after 6 weeks = 3lbs.

Still with ya Tikay but I've decided to weigh in every 2 weeks now which is tomorrow, sort of just trying to maintain atm as I don't want to put myself through this every year.. I have noticed a big difference in my eating habits especially at work, I use to visit the burger van every day and use the vending machine a few times a day, this has all changed...

Will post in morning, hope I not put too much back on.

reason for no weigh in last week? felt pretty low about and was sure i had put on a lb or two

not really the point of the thread i no but will not miss a week from here on in even if it is bad news

Weighed in this morning as promised.

Weight 2 weeks ago 12st  12 3/4lb

My weight today  12st   12lb

So i've basically maintained... Guess there must be 1lb movement from day 2 day..

Talk about feeling better

Not had a single Zantac and not had a drag on the asthma puff for 6 weeks.

Still no processed food.

Sunday was a killer @ work 20 Pizzas from Pizza hut delivered. I did not have a single bit  #wastough

15st 7.5lb Today
