Still with ya Tikay but I've decided to weigh in every 2 weeks now which is tomorrow, sort of just trying to maintain atm as I don't want to put myself through this every year.. I have noticed a big difference in my eating habits especially at work, I use to visit the burger van every day and use the vending machine a few times a day, this has all changed...  Will post in morning, hope I not put too much back on.  |

 Not had a single Zantac and not had a drag on the asthma puff for 6 weeks.
 
 Still no processed food.
 
 Sunday was a killer @ work 20 Pizzas from Pizza hut delivered. I did not have a single bit  #wastough
