Millgan how's the sprint training going?

Soon as you mentioned your twinge I scrapped any form of sprint training. Obv i took it as you losing your bottle. Now you have a chance to prepare yourself. Not eating anywhere near enough to exercise this week, trying to break 23st barrier by the wknd! which is like -9lbs for the week.. (-3 atm)  if i do it by Saturday at 2pm am having a little celebration.

Just amazing.

Max 500 cals a day.

are you gonna die if u burn off more calories than you intake?

looool. attempted rubs. Love it Girgles. guy of my size burns 4k ish in everyday life. So consuming  500 cals and expending an additional 3500 cals.. I can live with that for the week. If i feel I like i have an abundance of energy I might also have a walk on the tredmill.

Would you not be better eating 1500 cals and doing some exercise?

Cos. Don't need excuses for anyone. But yes that is my reason. Monday and Tuesday i had 350 calories both days, today I am on 200 at the moment and will probs have a shake when i get home from work. If I get to the point where i feel like i have extra energy/I am not losing weight everyday then I will probs add in exercise. But since Monday I have been testing this regime and i'm enjoying it.

Plus as i have mentioned I am out of the house 7-7. so get in tonight, have a shake and watch Liverpool smash Man City.

Thats what i did 2nd week, when i lost i think 6lbs. First week 11lbs which is standard for a shock to the sytem, second week as stated, then terrible wknd last wknd. So trying different things.

The voice of reason.

Milligan trust me you'd be better off having a banana and hitting the treadmill for 20 minutes than not having a banana and doing nothing.

It's not just the calories, think of the tone and definition as well.

You actually need to use your muscles a bit.

Milligan - with a calorie intake like that you're going to feel tired and lethargic and you're gonna be less productive at work etc. Basically your energy levels are going to be too low. Just eat less without starving yourself and do some exercise too.

You can go hardcore at this without going to extremes.

It wasn't a ladle mate, just a tablespoon.

Peanut butter is very good for you. Contains a lot of healthy fats and a good dollop of protein.

I also think it tastes really nice.

Peanut butter ftw!!

I have to say that I find the extremes that some people go to in this thread are quite worrying.

For someone like Milligan if it's true that he uses 4000 calories per day just by existing then a healthy 2000 calorie per day would provide energy to exercise and also allow a very impressive calorie deficit leading to good healthy weight loss.

It's been an eye opener to see the lengths some people will go to.
