3 weetabix

half a can of tomato soup
2 wholemeal cobs (small ones)

banana

portion of prawns with lettuce and cucumber
roast chicken dinner
low fat yogurt

no exercise yet this week going out tomorrow night for a run then some bagwork.

Really struggled with motivation last few days and dont know really why.Had good day today in gym.Started taking fruit salads to work.Really enjoying fruits i previously said i disliked.  Started a twitter account gonna update on there @DUNK619
