Stag do was pure carnage, reckon I ate more in 2 days than I do in a whole week. Had a great time, it was very nice to have a big blow out, but very keen to get back on the wagon early again in Gibraltar.

Very very happy.

Just weighed in at gym 21st 11lbs I think that's a loss of 5lbs since last Tuesday.

Just done 1 hour constant jogging on treadmill. Covered 7.1km and burnt over 800 calories Cheesy

Gonna hit it hard till Thursday as I'm going to see chubby brown on Thursday night Smiley

Let's go xx

Brilliant stuff Girgy. I'm impressed.

Been a tough weekend for me. Hit the beer hard Friday and even more so Saturday. That of course meant a bad couple of days eating Sad

Weigh in this morning was 16st 10lb which is all good. Haven't done a waist measurement but it looks reasonable so I'm happy enough.

I've been doing some pretty intense abs stuff after my normal training to try to firm up a bit round the mid section. Hopefully that'll help shift those extra couple of inches I've gained with the extra stone and a half or so.

Still happy with everything being on target so no problems here whatsoever.

It's actually been a lot easier than I thought to put all that weight on. I expected it to take a few months so to already be at my target weight is really good. Just need to stay reasonably trim and I'm there.

Weighed in today at 13st 9lb which is a gain of 1lb this week and total loss of 29lbs.

Not bothered about the gain last week as I was off work and eat out a fair bit. Will be back in to my normal routine from today so hopefully should shift the gained weight.

Not gonna lie I am probably close to my starting weight.. Will just do a spin up thread to pay the charity. No drama. Bday 2moz, wetting my mate's newborn baby's head thurs and another mate and his missus are down visiting fri and sat, so starting again next Monday as I will be consuming vasts amounts of alcohol and pies.

So you dropped 2st and then banged the lot back on?

Damn shame mate but just one of those things. Wasn't your diet quite an extreme one involving no food?

Perhaps you could try following what Tikay eats on his diary. It's just eating sensible food and it works.

Good luck with whatever you do moving forward.

Food today:

Breakfast - 4 weetabix + 200ml skimmed milk + whey protein shake

Mid morning - protein bar

Lunch - 200g chicken + 50g chutney

Pre training - flapjack

After training - Protein shake

Dinner - 6 egg whites + 2 yolks omelette

Supper - 150g tuna + 50g light mayo + whey protein shake

Totals

2182 cals, 301g protein, 168g carbs, 30g fat for a 60/34/6 split.

Planning on having similar to this 3 or 4 days a week but still allow myself a fun Thursday with pub lunch and curry as well as doing what I want at the weekend.

It's surprising the difference it makes just removing the rice, bread and pittas for the day.

My standard recent intake of those would be 3 pittas, 4 slices of bread and 50g rice per day.

Just those 3 items contain 1037 calories and 206g of carbs so an extra 50% on my daily calorie intake and more than double the carbs!!

What a difference it makes taking out a few slices of bread!! No wonder I've banged so much weight on recently Cheesy

A couple of weeks of this should see the waist drop back to 36" or so. Hopefully there won't be a significant loss of weight which I then need to try to put back on.

As an aside to all this if anyone likes mayonaise I'd have to recommend the Hellman's lighter than light stuff. Tastes really nice (makes plain tuna edible) and has less calories and carbs than tomato ketchup. Good stuff.

Matt - no mate. I lost the original 2 stone. My next challenge is drop another 3 stone by 9 July, if not a tenna per lb. So that's £420 I owe, I have probs put about 4-5lbs back on, so I was just rounding up saying as it stands this very minute I owe about 500 nicker.

Obv me being back to my original weight was a slight exageration but if I don't get back on the wagon at the end of the week, that's the way I'm heading.
