First day on the trim down plan today and it's been pretty good.

4 weetabix + 200ml milk + whey protein shake

130g tuna + 50g light mayo + whey protein shake

Flapjack

6 egg omolette + 90g chicken + 200g beans + cheese slice

Totals: 1682 cals, 205g protein, 143g carbs, 30g fat for a 54/38/8 split.

I want to aim for something like this every day with a bit extra and a few tweaks on training days.

Should be fine if I do.

Is that just egg whites Matt?

6 whites, 2 yolks. There needs to a bit of yellow in an omolette or it's just not right.

14st 4 1/4lb
Put on 4lbs in 9 days

Not at all surprised, my stag do, a mates stag do, and a week of rich food & drink in Gibraltar.

Deffo have to get back to under 14st in the next 4 weeks, as the wedding is imminent. I assume a couple of pounds should drop quite easy-ish this week as I am back to my normal routine.

Bad day for me yesterday as expected and then another one today due to the worst hangover I've had for ages!!

Had a decent breakfast and lunch yesterday but then it went downhill with more drink than I care to remember, cheeseburger and chips for lunch then McD's at some insane time this morning.

I've not eaten enough today but thankfully as I'm on a trimming phase it's not a huge issue.

1985 calories today and only 160g of protein. Nowhere near enough but I'll write it off as a bad weekend.

Back on it tomorrow. 6 pack mission starts in the morning.

Thanks mate, could see a big difference in you as well.

Weighed in today at 13st 8lbs which is a loss of 1lb and puts me back at my 12 week weight. Not sure how I lost this as I thought I'd had a bad week. Had to weigh myself 3 times to make sure it was right!!!
