14st 3lb for a 1/4lb loss, but still a 3 1/2lb gain from my end of bet one bet.
Bit dissapointed, as had a good way, but a bad day yesterday (Went to visit the future in-laws for the last time before the wedding and got fed lots of cake - no excuse though).
I am gonna be re-trying my suit on today to check to see it if still fits. Aim is to be comfortabely under 14st again before I fly to New York on the 6th of May.

Back on it today. Weighed 21st 11lbs on 2/4/12 today I weighed in at 21st 12lbs.
Did 30 minutes boxing with my trainer followed by 20 minutes on xtrainer. Concentrating on low impact stuff this week as I had physio on my calves on Friday. Going to start back on treadmill later this week/start of next week.
I go on holiday a week on Friday so aiming to lose 5+lbs before I go.
I've been eating loads of McDonalds recently so I'm gonna ban myself from them until I go on holiday. That's 12 days do gonna impose a £10 fine to charity for every maccies I eat before my holiday.

OK guess I'm back in the game now after my hols. Know I have put some weight on so an actually not going to weigh myself until a week on sat and go at it full throttle between now and then. Going to a 40th on the sat night so that is why I will weigh in on the sat. Just don't want to know the full damage from my hols and know I should lose a fair bit between now and next sat as you always do in the first week of a diet.

I'm finally getting back into the groove at the gym, I was pretty shattered after the first three months, but putting in a decent charge ahead of my trip to NYC.
The second, maintaining, bet is deffo a shit ton harder than the first one, and given the general slowing of this thread, I think we all need a shot in the arm - any suggestions?
