wtf :D I'm having the same problem as Lee to be honest. My waist measurement is slightly incorrect at the moment due to the amount of lager I've been drinking. |

So after a two week break on holiday etc I got back to the gym this morning.
My last weigh in before my holiday I weighed 22st 2lbs.
Today I weighed in at 22st 11bs which is a gain of 9lbs.
Today I did a steady 30minutes on treadmill followed by 15 minutes on xtrainer.
I'm going to set myself a goal to lose 1st by the blonde bash on the 9th June.
Let's get back on this fatties xx

NOOOOOO don't give up dude FFS have a couple of weeks off or something but please don't give up! When I say given up I just mean that it's unrealistic to get to a 34.5" waist. I'll still be training like a mofo and eating well but to hit that target I'd have to sacrifice more than I'm willing to. I only have bad stuff in moderation but the target I set allowed for zero lenience and that's something I just can't do these days as I enjoy a night out every now and then. |
