massive congrats mr shoelace sir!
had a couple of weeks off, first had a gammy shoulder then a painful hip so did zero exercise but have only put on a couple of pounds so not too bad.
need a big push forward now. today i did some walking, some jogging and some light weight lifting and haven't hurt anything so happy with that. I have nom nomed 2000ish cals. hopefully same again tomorrow and then if it stops raining out on the bike for the next few days.

Congrats on everything Barry, success on all fronts!! I had swelled up to 16st again a couple weeks ago, but am back to 15 1/2 as of today and will hopefully get around 15stone before the end of the month. I don't envisage hitting the 2 stone target but I'll have a pop, if I do get there I'll flick 1/2 the amount in anyway for being a twat  |
