I need to get my ass lower for sure.

Yea you do.

Ps I won't be partaking in press ups as I'm tez.

So am I. the whole point is to get better. #coward. if you can do 3, then you can attempt the challenge!

I have no intention in a pushup challenge.

Haha good drills boys and good luck with the press ups Cheesy

I'd get involved, but it's actually pretty painful for me to try and hold my calves stretched in that position unfortunately and I'd deffo not be able to stay there to do 100 (should I be lucky enough to get there).

I'll have to continue trying to ditch weight and continue my failed efforts on return from Vegas with another fine tbc.

Get those press ups on the go and Barry wins best dressed as Milligan had shit all over his shirt!!

Didn't know Liverpool did shirts that big. #specialorderformillidonk

Loooolz. Girgs, you are the only person who can't give me rubs. You can buy your clothes from two places... The tent shop and the clown shop.

So weak that you are not going to attempt even a reduced press up challenge. Give it all the mouth then bottled it when I offered you a race, twice now!

It's all good, I can still squeeze into a xxl, footy tops ftw

Have cleared my 15st 10lb target by 1 ilb. Have eaten light for the last couple of days and weighed myself after a 1 hour bike ride minus breakfast this morning, but I don't give a shit  Cheesy  I guess I'm probably 15st 12/13ish in reality but whatever.

I owe £100 from the first weigh in, am going to ship that to a charity bike ride my mate is doing next month, would have given him £20 anyway but I'll just ship him the whole lot.

I stopped after 15 or so. Really felt the affects of too much drink last night.

I reckon I could probably do about 30 ish but I'll try it properly when I feel a bit better.

I think double's a bit much to be honest. I'm not that far ahead of everyone!!

I'll see how many I can do then decide how many to aim for.

100 press ups WTF? You have got no chance.

My degree is in sports science and I went to uni with some really top athletes, I remember us trying this out and the best in the group got to 70 odd and he was a fucking machine!

Sick work Byron. vwp. Just so you know we altered my 2nd challenge as It turns out it wasn't really realistic and with your weight I can't believe you got as close as you did. Sick work!

On a side note I just tried to do some more press ups.. It appears I have ripped every muscle in my arms and shoulders and couldn't even manage one, anyone got any tips to speed up muscle recovery?
