Had a whole chicken from nandos- it was bad boy & only 770 calories (I hope)

Start - 5ft 10in

Now - 5ft 10in

No gain so far. Managed to get up to 5ft 10½ last week but then jumped off the back of a lorry and re-compressed back to square one.

Making a big effort next week. Going to spend at least an hour a day hanging from the door jamb.

Did the 10k run on a treadmill part of my challenge last night, wasn't pleasant, wasn't fast (didnt walk) but glad its over.

Now just have 3lbs to shift by this time next week.

I've only ever done 8k in one hit, that was during basic training at Raleigh and I definitely wouldn't have liked another 2km tacked on Cheesy

Ok so I managed to change the scales to lb's. I am now down to 201 from a start of 208.

Managed to avoid chocolate all week , which is good as there is lots still around from Christmas. No bread all week but had pasta one night so not too bad there either. No exercise though, a real area for improvement. Also, alcohol intake needs work. It was better than usual but still too much.

Am in London for a few days, forgot to weigh in yesterday, but was a couple of lbs down by Friday I think.

Weighed in yesterday well happy with a loss after a huge weekend of drink and food but offset this with lots of gym trips in the week.

Starting weight: 16 st 10
Current weight: 16 st 7
Total loss : -3 lb
Target weight :  16 st 3
Target date:   3rd Feb.
