Right, I'm back!

Failed to reach the 16st target, only 15 0 3/4lb this morning.

Got to be pretty happy with that considering;

Thursday 24th Curry with Matt
Friday 25th Bacon Sarnie & Fried Breakfast on the plane followed by all the beer i could drink
Saturday 26th Fried Breakfast followed by all the beer i could drink
Sunday 27th Monster Fried Breakfast followed by all the beer i could drink
Monday 28th Fried Breakfast followed by beer curry and beer
Tuesday 29th Bacon cob on the train followed by hotel dinner & beers
Wednesday 30th Fried Breakfast, Pasty, Massive Chinese & beers
Thursday 31st Fried Breakfast, Massive Gauchos & wine
Friday 1st Fried Breakfast, Lamb Burger & Fries & beers
Saturday 2nd Fried Breakfast, Italian Meal & beers
Sunday 3rd Fried Breakfast, Sushi, 3 course pub meal and beers

Start weight 15st 2 1/4lb
Target weight 14st
Current weight 15st 0 3/4lb
Gain/Loss -0st 1 1/2lb

Yesterday's food.

Breakfast.
Eggs on toast with 2 x bacon.

Lunch.
Stewed mushrooms and salad.

Dinner.
Chicken curry with rice & salad.

Sundries.
2 x Highlights hot chocolate.

Total calories. 1280.

Starting weight. 14st 7 1/2lb
Target weight. 13st.
Today's weight. 13st 11 1/2lb

Tried on a few pieces of clothing that i couldn't fit into last year but can now, its like going shopping only cheaper. It keeps ya motivated seeing improvements like that, and the odd side bet with a mate at work. Wink

Tomatoes and beans?

The purists won't like the addition of chips with a fried breakfast either.  However, I'm impressed with the accompaniment of Tic-Tacs with this breakfast, shows planning and experience.
