I have a potential bet I wanted some advice on.

The bet is for Superbowl 50 to attract largest US TV viewing numbers in History.

Superbowl 49 broke the record set by Superbowl 48 by 2 million, I see no reason why it won't grow again this year especially considering the increased focus and investment from tech companies (including Apple) and the extra platforms offered to watch the game digitally.

Plus increased popularity of the game.

Its currently evens and am wondering if this is an amazing spot or am I missing something?

That's actually very interesting, imo, especially, as you note, with so many different ways to view it now.

The only problem I can see is in the detail - how will the Bookies measure it? Might just be TV ratings, in which case it scuppers the logic.

I would bet good money that, in total, more would watch it. Whether it's measured across all platforms is anther matter.

Incidentally, expect a telling off from Chompy - it's "Super Bowl" not "Superbowl". He gets very exercised over such things. Not much happens out in St Neots, presumably.

Personally, I'd not place that bet until I was sure I know how they were going to measure it. If it was just TV ratings, all bets are off.

If it's all platforms, looks a cracking bet to me. Digital audiences are rocketing, Super Bowl is hyped up more & more.

No love for my Scotty T recommendation then?( I put it up a few pages ago but not sure how to quote multiple posts.)

 His 'fan' base is much larger than Steph's and now is the time for final votes.  I also think Tiffany has a growing following now, and will defo finish above Steph. The Helen vote last year to win was an attempt to make a mockery of the show (if that is even possible) IMO.
