Even by BBC standards that's ridiculous.

It serves me right for already celebrating my bet on Rea to win the Without Joshua market.

Farah fair enough after the charming shenanigans of his interview, and Rea with the campaign behind him but how does Joshua not beat Johnnie Peacock?

A middling performance on Strictly does better than becoming heavyweight champion.

At (conservative) odds of tens of thousands to one, that SPOTY 1-2-3 was several thousand times less likely, in betting terms, than alien life being proved in 2018.

Joshua was 1/8! Hamilton not top 3. I am incredulous

I honestly have never heard of Johnnie Peacock and I spend most of my waking hours watching sport.

I remember when Frank Bruno was turned over at 1/10 for SPOTY.

The thought then was a heavyweight boxing was an entirely SKY sport, BBC viewers didn't see his "heroics"

Rea is a tax exile. IOM based now, originally from Belfast.

And Adam Peaty wasn't in the top 3 either.

To be fair Sir Mohammed of Farah is literally the greatest ever British sportsman of all time ever ever ever.

That's what they said.

And he's an arsenal fan. He'd have been happy with 4th.

Farah was an average runner until he met Salazar. He's worked with three coaches linked to doping. One supplier of epo. Trains in Ethiopia with no testing. He's lied about his links to jama Aden, known epo supplier. He's lied about not hearing a tester at the door.Worthy winner.
