Not content with charging $15 to park or shaking down tourists for exorbitant "resort fees," casino bean counters are now adding "000" to roulette wheels.
So, a 5.26 percent house edge wasn't enough already.
Pure fucking greed and abject stupidity.

Probs not for Fred but wouldn't put anyone off having a small nibble on David Silva for player of the year at 40/1 with Unibet.
Obv its KDB's to lose and he's rightly hot favourite, however the general consensus is that Silva is long overdue for something like this. He too (as have most of the squad) has had an incredible season, despite having to miss a handful of games due to his family circumstances.
KDB has still been playing very well, but he's not been as influential as he was in the first half of the season, whereas Silva has been consistently excellent all season with a number of eye catching performances in recent weeks. Recency bias could work in his favour too. He is like a fine wine that just keeps delivering season upon season.
I think its much closer than the 1/5 vs 40/1 that Unibet have it down as (BV go as low as 8/1 for Silva)
Wouldn't go wild, but well worth 10 or 20 quid.

The regular season has finished in the NCAA men's basketball and March Madness is upon us. For those with long memories, you'll remember we backed the Wichita State Shockers for this way back when. They didn't have as strong a season as we'd like, losing a couple of 1 point games against key rivals, but still come into this as a 4 seed in their quarter. They're a 40/1 shot but definitely have a chance if they can get through a couple of rounds and build some momentum. First game for them is tonight at 6:30.

Well sadly the Shockers got shocked by 13th seed Marshall, losing by 5 points. Disappointing end to a year which saw them ranked as the third best team in the nation for a time.
However, a larger story was to emerge later in the day as Virginia became the first 1 seed in March Madness history to lose to a 16 seed. 0-135 became 1-135 and it wasn't even close, as little known UBMC (from the unheralded American East conference) routed them to the tune of 20 points. Virginia wasn't just a number 1 seed, it was the number 1 seed. The clear cut tournament favourite and demonstrably the best team all season in college hoops. This was a proper 1.01 shot and they got beaten by 20 points, incredible.

Is TfT still open for business? I think Rose to win his two ball with Tiger this evening is as good as it gets. Clear signs from Tiger that some of the problems that afflicted recent comebacks haven't gone. Once he starts fearing the big miss left, it can go wrong quickly and although he's excellent here when he's good, it does set up well to punish his more likely errors. He got lucky yesterday, it's not likely he will again with the same misses. Rose is the perfect opponent in my eyes. We have 13/10 available at Hills, looks a max to me, I'm not sure how much that is these days.
Good luck everyone having a bet today.

I suppose bet at your own risk and gauge for yourself if i am looking through rose tinted glasses, especially with iffy betting form this season, but after the teamsheet release for today's game at Huddersfield, with 4 notable returnees to the squad (which i don't think the market has registered), I am looking to next week's game at Liverpool eyeing up a bit of value.
Loftus Cheek and Cabaye make the bench today, and Zaha and centre back Sakho start today. I mentioned at the start of the season the spine of the team is Zaha and Sakho, that's still the case. Also that Zaha needs to be playing as a winger rather than up front, and that may be a continued frustration as he looks like he is playing in a front two today. Just his presence alone though, however misused i think he is in that spot, has a huge positive effect on the team.
Assuming Loftus Cheek and Cabaye both come on for 30 mins today, i would say starts wouldn't be out of the question against Liverpool. If that is the case, then on paper, 6/1+ for the outright win, and 2/1 on Palace not to lose are good staking options and in the least are break even investments imo. I may be clutching a bit with this, so this is more me airing the thought out for you guys to add your own judgement to go with it or not, rather than an outright recommend. Also you might be able to get pre game odds during the game even if we go 0-1 up or whatever (here's hoping), so i will leave this with you.
The value lies with the 4 returnees, that i am not sure the market has registered.

Palace won too.
Bournemouth 2-1 West Brom
Stoke City 1-2 Everton
Huddersfield Town 0-2 Crystal Palace

Any Watford corries out there to advise me against 18/1?
