Very confident of QPR, after seeing line ups.

£50 single on them and £40 double with them and QPR. Arsenal team not as impressive as thought, but sunderland not got too much.

Mate - if your bookie is letting you have QPR with QPR in a double you might want to have a look and your P&L

Good, tough heat for Sawpit Sensation in the Irish Derby tonight. Couple of pingers, including Tynwald Bolt who I backed for the The Derby, but I think we´ll assert late and go well. Good luck us.

You are happy with T5 presumably? FWIW, the Racing Post are very sweet on him winning tonight.

A lot of places are sweet on him.  Hopefully follow the 4 dog around and push on between 2 and 3. T2 might lead on the inner but I don´t think gets the trip too well, could be wrong. Sawpit to take 4 off the last bend.

Derby 2 - 0 after 25 minutes

Beat me to it :-)

Could end up 3-3. Two poor defences.

On Simon's point regarding people who intend to trade out stating that whilst I would agree it isn't the end of the world if Fred bets a horse at 7/1 that goes off at 4/1 without trading out but obviosuly the staking should be different.

Should have amplified this point more, so thanks for doing it.  A tipsters MAX BET might be because there is an arb open or an easy way into trading into a freeroll and they have no intention of leaving a very large bet open on the off.  That's a lot different than having all the widows and orphans out there lumping on the nose with their savings account because they are convinced it is a sure thing.

Sorry to bring up the point again, but there is absolutely no point in trading unless you are fairly sure that the lay price is too short.  It is completely irrelevant that you have a 1000-1 about a 5-1 shot if the horse is actually 4-1.

Also unless you put on a huge bet, backing to lay later is fairly pointless.  Ok you might freeroll but mostly you will lose and when you win you will wish you hadn't laid off!

Its much more fun (and just as profitable) to back at a good price and take the variance.

Am watching the spurs game - what the heck happened for it not to win from 1.03?
