if england win the group, beat Croatia in the second round and face Spain in the quarter finals what would our realistic price be at that stage?

btw sorry for taking the thread somewhat off cheltenham.

No need to apologise Plinop, Cheltenham ends today, but life will go on.

At least 10/1 i would imagine.  They would surely be a dog in every game from the 1/4's onward's unless the draw massively 'cut up'

Does anyone know if

1)bf has a cheltenham top jockey market (i can't find it anywhere)
2)the current standings table after 3 days and the tie breaker rules.  I assume it goes on 2nd's then 3rd's if tied for winners.

ty in advance

Bigger than 2/1 to qualify past Spain alone?  Guess about 14/1 true price (2/1, 5/4, 5/4), shorter at Hills, 6/1 Ladbrokes.

Need to exclude all bias and just look for value. If someone offered you 100/1 on england for the world cup would you take it?

Was having a good chat about bias in sports betting yesterday.

Paddy are money back to £50 in the Triumph 2nd and 3rd

They are standout Broughton at 15/2, who was a smart animal on the flat and won't mind good going.

Recommend £20 at 15-2

Any views on this, from anyone?

FWIW, Fred would only be able to get just under £14.

However, 15/2 is no longer best price, several Books go 15/2, with one (Sporting Bet) @ 8/1 now.

8/1 fine for thread, stick it on the spreadsheet, yup.

Love the Luther. He's everything that's good about poker. Except for how he plays poker. Obv.

Broughton was proffered with some fervour in that novelty betting show on QVC last week.

Despite that, I like it.

Correct-ish.

We are on England @ 33/1, (£50) with a view to laying back later, once England reach the Final I guess.  Down to Ommy.

We also have them @ 8/1 to be knocked out on Penalties.
