quite a few (brag) had algeria to get out the group at 6/1 13/2 7/1

one man, TheChipPrince, is sitting on 40-1 Algeria to make at least the Quarters!

potential quarter France v France B then, a generation ago these Algerian lads would have been playing ( or only available for selection for) France

unlikely, we hope, for the nigeria bet!

Neuer; Mustafi, Mertesacker, Boateng, Höwedes; Lahm (c), Schweinsteiger, Kroos; Özil, Götze, Müller.

Mbolhi, Ghoulam, Belkalem, Halliche (c), Lacen, Feghouli, Slimani, Soudani, Taider, Mandi, Mostefa

off to work out who is playing wide midfield!

Tyldsend on the commentary tonight sure to give us some outstanding soundbites.

"Algeria hinting at a sensational result", shortly after they have a goal disallowed. Not entirely sure that counts as a hint.

Anyone else see some of that awful racing on sky sports tonight? The commentator cheered home the winner of the 8:30 at Windsor and, as it crossed the line, went "BOOOOOOOM!"

I shouldn't but I love that.

Tighty

Set the alarm for 23:30, please. Once the ref tosses the coin and the winning captain has chosen whether to go first, fire up the spready!

Ladbrokes are doing the One Drop in-running by the way (if there is anyone out there who can get on).

To my mind they seem to not have much idea.

GAA (Irish sport!) bet:

Won't be for everyone as it involves tying up cash until July 6 but C0RAL going 11/10 about Cork for Munster football championship is big rick. P@ddy's 4/7 closer to correct price.

Chief provincial rivals Kerry (traditionally the Man U of GAA) have lost 4 of their best players, 3 retired & 1 (probably the sport's greatest ever player, Colm Cooper) to injury.

Plus Cork have new manager who knows what he's doing (unlike last fella who blundered to inadvertent 2010 All-Ireland win) and, more importantly, home field advantage in 2014 Munster final.

Cork beat All-Ireland champs Dublin earlier this evening in league encounter and I was hugely impressed by the pace, power and poise of the new players being blended into their side. I've got all I can on at 11/10 via friends' C0RAL accounts, maxed out at Skyb€t's evens and also taken some 10/11 with 3six5 too as that will sell out soon.

I really like this bet.

We placed TWO bets last night, we got Maxed by Coral @ 11/10, so we took a bit of 10/11, as you think 4/7 is nearer the right price.

£22.70 (Maxed) @ 11/10, Corals, Cork to win the Munster Senior Football Championship (GAA?)

£22 @ 10/11, BetVictor, Same Bet

2 BETS PLACED

Just a brief update on this one. Bet's looking good with market settling in line with expectations. Cork now best priced 4/5 in just one spot, as short as 8/13 in a couple.
Cork hammered Kerry by 10 points on Kerry's patch last week to cruise into league semi-finals, which take place today.
Munster Championship doesn't start til end of next month, Cork v Kerry final on July 6, all going well (it's 100/1 bar two), on Cork's patch.

Just reviewing spready, entirely my fault we red on Gaelic football but hopefully that'll be rectified next Sunday. Cork v Kerry final as advised, although neither particularly impressive in their respective semi-finals weekend before last, it must be said. Cork going off a best-price 4/7 as advised. I'm unlikely to be able to provide IR updates as I plan to attend Leinster hurling final, also Sunday afternoon, but streams will be findable and plenty of updates on sites such as livegaelic.com, rte.ie etc
