I barely remember my own bets, and I don't put anywhere near as many on as Fred!
I call.
I think the only bet I've had this week, is on Big Brother...
Oh, and I backed Havana Cooler at the start of the week in the Borough cup, which is tomorrow.

If I put a season long bet on for you I'm a bit concerned if it wins I may not remember to pay you. If it settles in a few days I'm fairly confident it would go on my monthly TFT spreadsheet and I would pay you but the season long ones I'm not so sure.
Is there a system in place for you to nudge me ?
If not may I suggest we need one. As more of Tikays accounts get restricted and more people put on bets for Fred we will need better systems.
I'd be mortified if I forgot to pay and I'm sure others would be too.

I now gather Tighty & Mere have a system on the Spready. In those we trust.

Could be fun.
"We get a few regular punters in, but it's the randoms that make your day. One geezer in a Phoenix Suns cap strode in the other week and asked for £1,100 each way on a 6/4 shot. I nearly fell off my chair. Obviously, I rang it through to head office, begging them to take it. I mean if it comes second, this bloke's paid my mortgage!"
"Course, we get a few wiseguys in, too, and my job is to cut them off. Fella came in last Saturday and asked for a tenner on United to get beat at 6/1. I looked it up and spotted we were best price so I wasn't having any of that. He obviously knew something, so I offered him a fiver at 11/2. We're not here to be treated like mugs. Soon saw the back of him."
And so on.

Wonder if they will show during the filming punters getting knocked back to comical stakes on big events in the call centre and in the shops when they do the high roller section of the show and explain to the viewers why the said punter can only have £20 on a 5/2 shot?
