Absolutely loving Yorkshire's starting 11. No Starc but Bresnan back in. #GreatestCountyInTheWorld

If tighty's logic is correct on the cricket,  then you should be backing Hampshire on betfair.  Not sure if 7/2 can be value on the outsider in a 4 runner race, but if it is 4.2/1 must be.  5.2 just got laid there on Hampshire, so I'd go for that price.  If not greedy then 5.1 is readily available.

As expected, that has made me giddy.

We have already backed Yorkshire, are you suggesting we back Hampshire too?

Yes.  If the logic holds you should back them.

It's sunny. Not in the plan :-)

It's never sunny in Cardiff.

Friday, August 25th 2012

Difficult day, a lot of rain, very wet fairways, muddy lies, not my best rythm, but at the end of the day happy to finish like I did. Unlucky on hole 7, bogey, birdies refused on 6-8-9-10...but even if I couldn't made a very possible birdie on 16, I'm quite happy to finish with 3 birdies on the 5 last holes.
Still a lot of buzz around the Ryder Cup here, everybody tries to know what is in Tchema's mind. Ollie have made it clear: "Nobody will influence me"! (Tchema and Ollie are Olazabal surnames).
Still a long way to go, 36 holes on a very tiring course... This is sure, I will need some rest after this tournament.
Hopefully, I'm living in a great athmosphere, so peaceful at Anne and Erich's place (Collearn in Auchterarder). It's a little paradise here, just what I need to recover all my energy: family, great food, great people around me (cheers Jane, Amy and Alan)!

Above is from 3G's blog. Not a bet for Fred but it is enough for me to bet against him in today's 2 ball- the poor dear is wiped out!

Thanks. I'll likely dabble later, it's a 5pm KO I believe.

I really want to see how we get on with the others first, as we have a good bit of money invested already. If we have a good day, we'll up the stake a bit, if a bad day, not so much.....

Tut tut.  You know that the results of none of the earlier bets are going to affect the value of this bet so it shouldn't affect the size of your stake either.

correct, i would add to the udinese match every season udinese sell there best players (or most of them) and they seem to do even better without them

Then the logic fails, so we don't bet.  Do you know the forecast?

Celtic are worth opposing again tomorrow after last weeks draw at Ross County.

Ledley and Kayal are confirmed out, Commons, Brown, Rogne and Samaras are all doubtful. Celtics focus is qualifying for the Champions League group stages (they will win the league anyway) and with the 2 nd leg of the qualifying round on Wednesday Neil Lennon won't risk any players who have knocks.

Last weeks performance at Ross County smacked of players with an eye on the CL in midweek and this could be similar at a ground where Celtic historically find it tough. Inverness are also unbeaten this season.

Recommend  £20 on Inverness at 6/1 with Laddies, Blue Sq or 365

As suspected none of the injury doubts have been risked and Celtic have a pretty weak/experimental line up although bizarrely ICT have drifted in the betting!

Par's 151 on this wicket, 172 very good.

Sussex have got some real dangers Wright, Prior Styris et al but Yorkshire in great spot.
