In terms of weather in NFL bad weather is somewhat overated. The only weather that really makes a big difference is wind. High winds are WAY more important than rain.
I am planning to go under so I will wait until the total goes as high as I think it can. If I thought the weather was not Ok I may think I should bet now before people start factoring in bad weather. I don't think that so I expect the number to keep going up.
I don't disagree with you guys on Chicago - I think a lot of power ratings guys had this at 4.5. I just think the Thursday night one game on TV effect means it can only go higher.

It is certainly true that the random US punter tends to go with the spread, backs the favourite.....
Can see this happening today too

The money though is to be made going against Joe Hick the III in Arkansas, and being contrarian when big popular teams begin to need a rebuild....

thats one way of looking at
the other and more common way is that its full of bad unsound horses trundling through deep sand
anyway i enjoy watching it it is a shame they dont have any 1 mile + races anymore with the turns though
if you watch atr now they are literally building the track as we speak
